Is an Electrolytic process for producing and Oxide Coating.It is generally used to give improved surface resistance to wear and corrosion but can also be used as a decorative layer. Morris has the ability to Dye or Print into the Anodic Coating leaving an extremely durable high quality finish that can be used in many applications including Nameplates, Signage, Decorative Panels, Machined Parts and Artworks. Morris offers a standard 10 - 12 Micron Finish and also a 20 Micron Finish for additional durability where required.

Morris is Australia's leading provider of Chemical Etching/Acid Etching. We are able to produce Etching on panels 1500mm wide by any length. As opposed to engraving Etching leaves a smooth surface finish with no harsh machine marks. We have produced many jobs using our custom built machines being able to etch images into metals. Our etched finish is available on Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Brass and Copper. Other metals can also be etched at Morris but a sample of the material is to be supplied to ensure that it is compatible with our processing.

Morris is still heavily invested in the age old process of Screen Printing. Our Screen Printing process still commands a huge area in our purpose built factory and we provide printing solutions on a variety of substrates both flat and formed.

Morris currently has 5 Roll to Roll printers on site so volume is no problem. Our team of Graphic Designers and Reproducers are of the highest quality in the industry and we can provide solutions for any application including Backlit, Banner, POS Displays, General Signs and Stickers.

Having invested in the latest print technology. Morris has the ability to Print to a wide range of substrates up to 50mm thick to a maximum size of 3000 x 2000mm (3 metres x 2 Metres). Our machine is capable of printing in a range of quality speeds. We also have the ability to Print Colour and White simultaneously giving our clientele a significant advantage.

Our newly purchased Laser Cutting Technology means that Morris can now not only provide our traditional metal cutting services of Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Brass and Aluminium but can now also provide cutting and Etching of Acrylics up to 25mm thick, Timber, Glass, Plastics and much more.

Morris provides Die Cutting Solutions for our Clients for those jobs that require high volume profile cutting of plastics and thin metals. Our operators have extensive experience in this field and our quality is second to none.
